Happy New Year!We are getting ready for a new year and a new semester starting January 9!

Enrollment for Spring Semester 2018

At the end of last semester simplified "Update Enrollment forms" were made available to families who were attending the fall semester. If you attended this last semester but did not get an updated form filled out on site, you can email your intent to enroll. Please note in the email if you desire the same schedule or specify any requests of changes. You can then complete the simplified form the first day of class (Jan 9) and not fill out the entire enrollment packet again.

Open Enrollment for new families to REACH (or those who did not attend the fall semester)  began on December 8. Please follow the registration instructions as outlined on the semester tab page and parents page.

New or Updated registrations received after December 12 have a registration fee of $25. Payments are due by the first day of school unless you have made a payment arrangement with an administrator.

Elementary Literature Class (4th - 6th grades)
There has been renewed interest in an upper elementary literature class. This class will be offered at 12:30pm. See the elementary class descriptions for the book list.

Christmas Party this Tuesday, December 12

10:00am to 12:00 noon

Our Christmas party is Tuesday, December 12 from 10:00am–12:00noon. It will begin with the Creative Arts presentation in the sanctuary and then the students will be dismissed to their respective parties. The Kindergarteners and KinderPrep students will check in to their classrooms first, and attend as a group. To make this work, those students should arrive to their classroom by 9:45. We would like to have everyone in the sanctuary and seated by 10:00am.

If you are part of the Creative Arts presentation, you should have received an email from the teacher with instructions for arrival.

We would like to bless our host church with donations of paper towels, napkins or plates as a show of appreciation for their hospitality. Those can be dropped off at the regular check in counter near the gym.

Believe it or not, it is getting close! Our Christmas party will be held, Tuesday, December 12 from 10:00am–12:00noon. The committees also have their own sign up sheets out for things they are needing assistance with, or donations of, to pull the parties together. Thank you in advance for your help with this.

Picture Day November 28, 9:00—11:00am

Jerry Kramer will be taking school pictures on Tuesday, November 28 from 9:00am-11:00am.

Jerry has been gracious again this year to not charge for yearbook photos.  We don’t want anyone left out!  So, please plan on having your child’s picture taken for the yearbook even if you aren’t planning on ordering anything.

We will be starting with the youngest students and working our way up.  All attending families should have received an email with an order form attached for you to printout and fill out ahead of time if you wish.  He will have forms the day of as well.  You will need one form per child, but one check can be written per family.  Children are welcome to bring other clothes to change into after their photo has been taken.

If your child is only at a REACH after 11:00am please make arrangements to have them here by 10:30 to ensure their picture will be taken.
