Enrollment for Spring Semester 2017 is underway. Open enrollment for families not currently attending, began November 25. You will find class schedule and information under the semester page tab. The Parents page has the links to enrollment forms.

Road Construction Update:

The intersection at 21st Street and Indian Hills is complete and traffic is flowing through the new roundabout! Note, there are signs saying that 21st will be closed at Wanamaker beginning January 9.   

Christmas Party Pictures

Thank you to everyone who helped our kids have a wonderful Christmas Party! Judging from all the laughter, smiles, food crumbs, and wrapping paper, they had a great time. Each of the  different parties had such fun things for their group to do! 

If you took pictures at the parties, please email them to Lori, our year book coordinator, for possible inclusion in the year book. Let's bury her in pictures! If you don't have Lori's email, you can send them to the REACH email to be passed on to her.

Before the intersection there is an access road to get to 21st Street. Use it to get past the church's closed 21st Street parking lot entrance, go west on 21st to West Trail Road, which is the first right hand turn, then right on SW 19th Street to the stop sign at Indian Hills Road. Turn right and you can access the church from the Indian Hills parking lot entrance.

If you are on 21st heading east toward Indian Hills, turn left at West Trail Road, before you get to the church. (look for a white picket fence with stone entrance headers) then right on SW 19th Street and right onto Indian Hills.

You can also access Indian Hills Road from SW 10th Street.

Christmas Party December 13 at 10:00am

To aid in preparations this week, please write down your RSVPs on the Christmas Party list at the administration table . The committee leaders will also have sign up sheets there. Please stop by and see if there is spot you can help out. This is a great and fun way to fill an Area of Parent Partnership. 

This year our annual Christmas party will begin with students from the music class singing for us in the gym. At their conclusion the middle school students will go downstairs to the classroom across from the geography room for their party. KinderPrep through elementary students will be directed where to go.

Jerry Kramer will be taking school pictures on Tuesday, November 29 beginning at 8:45 am. We hope to photograph all students for inclusion in our school year book! The yearbook photos are done at no charge. Parents have the option of choosing from a variety of packages and price points if you should want pictures. Enrolled families have been sent an email with information including an order form and price list. You will need to bring a completed form and payment the day of pictures should you choose to order any.

No School November 8.

There is no school Tuesday, November 8 due to our host site being used for elections. We will see you back on November 15.

Field Trips 

Reminder details for those of you who have signed up for the Overland Station Tour: 

November 10, Overland Station Tour of train station and grounds at 10:00am. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour for the tour. Stroller accessible. $5 per adult , $2 per child- cash on arrival.

Check the administration table for other field trips such as the upcoming one for the Nutcracker.

Field Trip October 28:

We will be heading out to the Meier's Pumpkin Paradise on Friday, October 28 at 2:00pm. 
If you would like to join us, please sign up on the sheet at the administration table. A count must be turned in to Meirer's prior to the event. Cost: Determined by the number of things you do. (example: 4 rides for $6.00.) There are also pumpkins etc for purchase.

Road Construction Update as of October 1

Rainwater has damaged SW Indian Hills Road and it is now closed between SW 21st and SW 23rd streets due to a large void under the roadway. There is not an estimated date of repair so I would anticipate this will still be a barrier to the SW 29th to Indian Hills route to REACH 
for a time.

If you have been coming from the south on Indian Hills Road, you will need to continue up SW 29th Street to Auburn Road.  Turn right on SW 21st street heading east toward indian Hills Road. Turn left at  West Trail Road, before you reach the church (look for white picket fence and stone entrance to neighborhood),  then right on SW 19th Street  which takes you around the behind the church. Another right will get you back on SW Indian Hills to access the church from the Indian Hills parking lot.
You can also access Indian Hills Road from SW 10th street.
