Enrollment is closed for Fall Semester 2019

School Pictures will be available for pick up after 10:00 am at the administration table on October 22.

November 5, 2019 classes will not meet.

Our host site is a polling place for elections. Logistics make it too difficult this year to use just part of the building as we have done in the past. Because of this the board has decided to not meet on that week. 

Older students, you will have homework during this time. It is not a week “off”; we will just not be meeting together on the 5th. Please make sure you stay up with the assignments your teachers give you.

School Pictures

October 8 beginning at 9:30am

Students will be called from classrooms to have their pictures taken. Parents please stop by the table for forms. You have the option to purchase a picture package of some kind, but you are not obligated to.

School year 2019-2020 is here!
Enrollment is closed for Fall Semester 2019

We are looking forward to a great year! Students, check your class descriptions and make sure you are bringing everything you need to class. Label your book bags, pencil boxes, lunch boxes and everything else you can! Remember this is a nut free facility when you are packing lunches or snacks. With the exception of KinderPrep and Kindergarten room time snacks for the little kids, or something a teacher does as part of a class, all food should be eaten in the gym. Please leave all of your food in the kitchen for lunch time and do not eat snacks in classrooms or hallways.

Remember to keep the lobby area by the church offices free for church guests as well as quiet out of courtesy for those working in the church offices. Parents, please use a parent lounge or if you have a student in study hall you can work there with them. If you don't know where to go, see the admin table.

Students should always be in an assigned place. This means a classroom or study hall, not the gym if it isn't part of a class, and not hanging out in the lobby.    Thank you.

Parents, always look over the parent board when you check your student(s) in and out for any communication from administration. Thank you!

DANCE CLINICS

We are excited to announce  upcoming dance clinics during the 

Extension Opportunity period 2:35-4pm.

 This is for 8th grade and up... younger students welcome with parent or guardian. 

Clinic dates:

Tuesday September 10

October 8

November 12

*Dana Schirmer will be leading line dances, Virginia Reel, Square dancing and basic swing instruction during these clinics.

*Pymnt due at beginning of each clinic

*Please RSVP to the coordinator so she can determine what the charge will be for each clinic as it will be based on the number attending. Contact information for the coordinator was sent out in an all school email and is posted on the private Enrolled REACH facebook page.

There will be a sign up sheet for shifts at the American Kennel Club fundraiser, be sure and check that out. The money will be going towards the set up expenses of becoming a non profit organization. We appreciate your participation!

Parent Meeting and Student Assembly

Followed by accelerated class schedule to introduce teacher, students and class subject matter in preparation for our first week of full period classes.

Note August 6** is mandatory parent and student assembly at 9:00am and then students will go through all their classes at a shortened, accelerated pace. Students are dismissed after the conclusion of their last class. The final classes will end at noon. A schedule is posted below. This preparation day will allow August 13, the first week of full period classes, to be more productive. 

*If you have an absolute conflict in your schedule with this August 6 meeting, please email administration at reachhomeschoolcoop@gmail.com

The August 6 accelerated class schedule is immediately below. Following that is the regular schedule which begins August 13.

Final Enrollment Opportunity for Fall Semester 2019: 

July 30: Tuesday, 6:00pm—8:00pm: 

Enrollment and Book Fair 

There was interest in having this opportunity also be a book fair so we are happy to accommodate!  If you would like to have a table please email administration at reachhomeschoolcoop@gmail.com.  (You do not need to be a member of REACH)

Upcoming Events:

Enrollment Opportunities for Fall Semester 2019: 

May 20: Visit our table at the Cornerstone Family Schools Opportunity Fair at Northland Christian Church. The fair takes place about 7:00pm after their meeting.

June 6: Thursday, 10:00am—1:00pm: Enrollment and Book Fair at our host church, Town and Country Christian Church, 

4925 SW 29th Street. 

As noted this is also a book fair so come and browse. If you would like to have a table please email administration at reachhomeschoolcoop@gmail.com.
