Enrollment for Spring Semester 2019 will begin in a few weeks. Stay tuned for information.

Tuesday, November 6

This Tuesday our host site also serves as a polling site for the elections. We are blessed that the facility is adaptable to allow us to stay on schedule with school and not miss a week, but there will be a few things that we will do differently this week to separate our students from the voter accessed areas. Enrolled families have been sent an email with details, please let us know if you did not receive it.

Voters will use the gym and the restrooms in the lobby by the doors. Rooms that have a door accessing the gym will have the gym door locked to prevent access into the side of the building that we are using.

The general points of the email are:

1. Parking: Leave the front rows of parking spaces for the come and go voting traffic

2. Double doors before our check in counter will be kept closed with a sign on the outside saying REACH members only.

3. Classroom adjustments: REACH Club and PE are relocated. Classrooms which have connecting doors to the gym will have that gym door locked and will only use the hallway entrances.

4. RestroomsPreschool and Kindergarten can use the normal restrooms. EVERYONE else will use the restrooms by the sanctuary.

5. Lunch room: Relocated to designated areas but all have carpet, so please:

ABring only clear liquids and no red sauces.
BPack ready to eat meals; microwaves will not be available.
C. Pack as "neat" a meal as possible to ease clean up.

Thank you!

REACH For A Cause--

Community Service Project

This year the Club class will be partnering with Lifeline Children's Services for a community service project.  We would love to open this up to all families at REACH who may wish to help or contribute to this great cause.

Lifeline is a faith-based organization in Topeka that seeks to encourage and support families on many different levels.  They have services related to foster care, adoption, and pregnancy ministry, with the overall goal of mentoring and discipling the families they come in contact with.  We will be collecting items that will go directly to families in need who are right in our area.

Starting this Tuesday there will be plastic bins near the registration table.  Lifeline has need for the following items:  bottles, wipes, diapers, formula, toiletries, new or like new clothing for babies and children, shoes, underwear (must be new and unopened), pacifiers, blankets etc...

In addition, someone from Lifeline will be coming to speak to our class tomorrow,
Tuesday, November 6 at 1:30 pm.  If you would like to come and find out more about our community service project and how our donations will be used to serve others, please join us. This week REACH Club will be meeting in the music room across from the sanctuary.
