Christmas Party Meeting November 20

November 20 at lunch time, we will have a brief Christmas party meeting in the REACH Club room for those organizing the parties. If you are wanting to help but can’t make this meeting let us know. 

Music Student Performance

Our REACH music students will be sharing the joys and sounds of Christmas with the residents of Atria Hearthstone (West building) on December 4 at 9:00am.

Please plan to arrive around 8:45am. Students performing a solo will do so after the music singing performance. Immediately following the program, the students will enjoy muffins with the residents. It would be appreciated if each family could bring a dozen muffins to share. 

Details will be handed out in class this week.

Christmas Party 

December 4

10:00am til 12:00noon

It’s almost party time! 

The students will be broken into 4 age groups for 4 concurrent parties as follows: 

KinderPrep and Kindergarten

First through Third graders

Fourth through Sixth graders

Seventh Graders through High Schoolers

The nursery does something as well. 

There are sign up sheets at the check in counter to RSVP students for their party and a place for parents to sign up to help.
